How this website handles your details.
The short version: we collect what you type into our forms and the basic details every web server records, we use them only to answer you and run the site, and we never sell them.
This website is run by Software4Business, Suite 9, Level 1, 23 Middle Street, Cleveland QLD 4163, Australia. This page covers the website at cin7flow.com. Client data inside the Cin7Flow service is covered by your agreement with us.
What we collect
- What you type into the demo request or contact form: your name, email, company, phone and message.
- Basic technical details our servers record for every visit, such as your IP address and browser, used to keep the site running and to stop spam.
What we don't do
- We don't use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
- We don't sell or rent your details to anyone.
- We don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
How we use and store it
Your form details are emailed to our team through Postmark, an email delivery service, so we can reply. A copy is also written to the website's server logs, so a request isn't lost if an email fails; those logs are kept only for a short time. Your details stay in our email and business records for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows. The website runs on Fly.io servers in Sydney.
